We are a dedicated management team of four individuals who share a passion for the technology services industry. Our journey began with an IT services business that we poured our hearts into. The experience was so fulfilling that when we decided to sell the company, we knew we couldn’t let go of our passion. That’s why we came together once again, driven by the desire to create something even better.
With over 20 years experience working together, we have honed our skills and fine-tuned our processes to perfection. We believe in the power of collaboration and have built a strong foundation of trust and camaraderie within our team. This unity and shared vision enable us to consistently deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Our Leadership Team

Following 20 years of experience working in the IT industry, Mark founded 25sevenIT, one of London’s top Managed IT Services Providers. 25sevenIT enjoyed an impressive annual growth of 24%, resulting in a revenue of £5m and 22% EBITDA upon exit in 2018.
More recently Mark joined the CloudMatters board as CEO, ensuring the people and the processes are in place to provide a unique and exceptional experience for customers. At the heart of Mark’s approach is the belief that technology should be an enabler, that drives business success, making technology an investment and not a cost centre for our customers. Outside of the boardroom, Mark can often be found on the golf course, cycling through the forests or chilling at a family BBQ with a beer.
Following 12 years in Managed Service start-up, Michael worked through several roles in the business before finalising as a project engineer, helping to deliver £500,000 of project revenue in 2018. After working as a consultant to help other MSPs achieve their automation goals, he founded CloudMatters in September 2020 as Managing Director.
Michael’s mantra for delivering best-in-class service for customers is through the use of tools and automation. These developments in tooling help our engineers deliver quicker resolution on requests, reducing waiting time for our customers. It’s a goal he instils in all of the team to get them working on more exciting technologies and engaging projects. He is a true believer of learning-by-doing and will always try to make sure the team get good exposure to new technology and grow with the company. People are our biggest asset and investment.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys winding down by developing automation, playing golf and spending time with family.
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in the Managed IT Services sector. As part of a Managed Service startup in 2006, Matt held numerous roles across the business as it grew to achieve £5m in revenue in its final year, prior to exit in 2018.
Matt joined CloudMatters in January 2022 as Sales Director, to develop the service proposition and sales operation, ensuring the business is built to serve its existing customers, whilst enabling the business to scale during its next phase of growth.
Outside of work, Matt spends most of his free time with his partner and two young sons, and as a qualified coach helps manage a local youth football team.
Kieran joined CloudMatters in 2021 as the Operations Director, his primary focus is on building an exceptional customer-oriented service desk that caters to the ever-growing demands of their clients. With over a decade of valuable expertise in the managed service provider domain, Kieran has become a driving force in elevating customer experiences and service excellence.
Outside of work Kieran has a passion for outdoor activities, with camping being one of his favourite pursuits. Outside the office, he also enjoys unwinding by indulging in the world of cinema.
